Here are the ingredients to prepare your Allahabad Ki Tehri:

– Mustard Oil

– Potatoes

– Cauliflower

– 5 Cardamom

– Pepper

– Bay Leaf

– Cinnamon Sticks

– 2 Cloves

– 2 Sliced Onions

– 1 & 1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic

– 3/4 tsp Ginger

– 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder

– 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

– 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

– Salt To Taste

– Peas

– 2 Tomatoes

– 1 Cup Soaked Rice

– 2 Cups Water

For Garnishing:

– Coriander Leaves
